Advocate (Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.99 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The petitioner herein has attacked the de facto complainant with stone causing lacerated injury on his forehead. The said injury as his forehead, the de facto complainant was admitted for three days and got discharged from the hospital.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to political enmity, false case has been foisted against this petitioner.
4. However, on perusing the First Information Report, this Court finds that the de facto complainant, who was working as over head tank operator was attacked with stones on 19.02.2022. 5. Considering the nature of the injury alleged to have caused by this petitioner, who was under influence of alcohol, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
