ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the proposal sent by the third respondent dated 19.09.2013 and pass appropriate orders by declaring M.Sc. (Applied Chemistry) obtained from the third respondent as equivalent to M.Sc. (Chemistry).
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the first respondent has passed G.O.Ms.No.102, dated 02.05.2016 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. He has also produced a copy of the said G.O., to that effect.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
