1. Though this case is posted finally today, there is no appearance for the petitioner.
2. Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent University would submit that the matter arises in execution of a decree obtained by the University and the petitioner is a third party objector. He would also submit that the possession has been taken by the University in execution of the decree and therefore, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.
3. Recording the said statement, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
