This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.727 of 2024 pending on the file of the third respondent to the second respondent.

The learned Government Advocate (crl.sides) would submit that the FIR in Crime No.727 of 2024, pending on the file of the third respondent police, has been enquired and the final report has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the third respondent.
