(Crime No.226 of 2020)respecitively Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30a.m until further orders passed in Crl.MP.Nos.316,780 & 786/2021 in Crl.OP.Nos.19417,19226 & 19203/2020 dated 04.02.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAMACHANDRAN, Advocate(in Crl.MP.No.5144 of 2021) M/S W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate (in Crl.MP.Nos.5145 & 5148 of 2021) for the petitioners and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)(in all the petitions)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- These applications are filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.Nos.316, 780 & 786 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.Nos.19417,19226 & 19203 of 2021, dated 23.04.2021 is modified and the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent Police on 1st and 15th of every month, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. These petitions are ordered accordingly.
