PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in R.C.No.Affln.I(2)/23237/2018 dated 24.07.2018 rejecting continuance of Provisional Affiliation from academic year 2012-2013 to 2017-2018 passed by the respondent to the petitioner College quash the same and direct the respondent University to grant continuance of Provisional Affiliation from the academic 2012-2013 to 2017-2018 for 100 seats to the petitioner College. This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the impugned order in R.C.No.Affln.I(2)/23237/2018 dated 24.07.2018 rejecting continuance of Provisional Affiliation from academic years 2012-2013 to 2017-2018 by the respondent to the petitioner College, quash the same and direct the respondent University to grant continuance of Provisional Affiliation from the academic year 2012-2013 to 2017-2018 for 100 seats to the petitioner College.
2. When the matter was taken up for final hearing, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after filing of this Writ Petition, the respondent has granted conditional continuance of Provisional Affiliation to the petitioner College for the academic years 20162017 and 2017-2018 vide proceedings in Proc.No.Affln.VII(2)30355/2019 dated 07.02.2023. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. However, if any obligation arises after the academic year 2018-2019, the petitioner is at liberty to work out its remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
