Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition No.(iii) imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P.No.7935 of 2016 in C.A.No.579 of 2016 dated 23.08.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Earlier, when the petition was filed seeking to relax the condition No.(iii) imposed in Crl.M.P.No.7935 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.579 of 2016 on 23.08.2016, the same was relaxed on 27.10.2017 for once.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that pursuant to the modified order of this Court dated 27.10.2017, the petitioner herein has reported before the Trial Court on 04.11.2017 instead of 01.11.2017.
