(CR.NO.93/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that he has to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further order imposed by this Hon'ble Court order dated 31.03.2021 in Crl.OP.No.6404 of 2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.FRANKLIN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. L.CHARLES PREM KUMAR, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6404 of 2021 for the offences punishable under section 328 of IPC and section 5 r/w. 22(a) & 23 of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 in Crime No.93 of 2021.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
