O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent and there is no representation for the second respondent. 2.This petition has been filed by the father-in-law of the detenue Sudha, aged about 28 years and his grandson Rajaparthiban, aged about 3 years, to cause production of them, before this Court and to handover to their custody to him.

3.On enquiry, the detenue Sudha stated that the petitioner is her father-in-law and that she is aged about 28 years and her husband Bharathy is in abroad for about two years. It is further submitted that she is in the family way. According to her, there is no illegal detention by anybody.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the detenue has eloped with the second respondent, who is absconding. 5.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition. 6.It is open to both the parties to seek remedy before the appropriate forum.
