ORDER

Mr.A.Navaneetha Krishnan, learned senior counsel appearing for Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for a while, on instructions from the instructing counsel, submits that the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition without prejudice to their right to raise all pleas of defence available to them in the suit. The learned counsel on record for the petitioners has made an endorsement to the said effect.

2. Endorsement is recorded and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to raise all plea of defence available to them in the suit. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
