ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Alleging that the Order of this Court dated 12.07.2016 made in W.P.No.20073 of 2016 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come before this Court with this petition seeking to punish the respondents.

Today, when the matter is called, a Counter Affidavit has been filed by the 2nd respondent in which in paragraph 4, it has been held as follows:

''4. I submit that as per the proceedings of District Collector, Villupuram in B5/5173/2016 dated 29.5.2016, Assistant Engineer, Public Works Department (Irrigation) evicted all the encroachments in the above said survey numbers in presence of the police officials on 13.02.2018, 14,02.2018, 15.02.2018 and 16.02.2018. The eviction carried out by the PWD officials.''
