Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 25.12.2017 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to conduct public meeting on 30.01.2018 or any other subsequent dates at Trade Street, Nannilam evening around 5.30 p.m. For Petitioner : Mr.V.Porkodi For Respondents: Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz Additional Public Prosecutor

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to provide police protection to conduct public meeting on 31.01.2018, based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.12.2017.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this petition has been filed to direct the respondent to give permission to conduct public meeting on 30.01.2018, which itself is already over, as such the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
