ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 5 not to permit the sale of plots in S.No.124/4 southern 66 cents in Manjakuzhi Village, Bhuvanagiri Taluk, Cuddalore District, except after obtaining due approval under the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Building Rules, 1997.

2. After elaborate hearing on both sides, when this Court was about to dismiss the petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to canvass the issues before the Civil Court.
