[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue viz., R.Rajalakshmi, aged 17 years sought production of his daughter.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. The detenu has been produced by the second respondent. Recording the position that the detenue, who is present along with the mother and father, is now safe at the parental home and a case in Crime No.452 of 2018 for offences u/s Girl Missing @ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
