ORDER

The petitioner seeks for issuance of computerised Patta in her name for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition. The petitioner is in possession and the manual Patta for the very same property stands in her name. The petitioner had given representation on 28.01.2026, for grant of computerised Patta. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed the Writ Petition.

2. Mr.D.Ravichander, the learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2026, seeking for issuance of computerised Patta in the name of the petitioner for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, after hearing all the necessary

parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
