The present Contempt Petition is taken up alleging the non compliance of the order dated 07.08.2015 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ W.P.No.24252 of 2015.

2. It is represented that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and necessary communication has also been sent by the Principal Secretary to Government to the petitioner, vide letter No.6983/DAP-1/2014-10, dated 17.02.2016 and the same is taken on file and placed on record. Therefore, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the said communication, they are at liberty to workout their remedy before the competent forum.
