ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in in Crl.M.P.No.16436 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024 in Crl.OP.No.2611 of 2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court by an order dated 27.11.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.16436 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.2611 of 2022 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
