3. The petitioner has sought to declare the probation with effect from 03.08.1999. He made a representation dated 09.07.2014 to the first respondent through the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent, on 16.07.2014, forwarded the same to the first respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that till date, no order is passed by the first respondent on the said representation. Hence, he sought to dispose of his representation dated 09.07.2014 within a time frame.
4. In view of such a narrow prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.07.2014, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
