O R D E R

(Order of Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The present habeas corpus petition is filed by the father to produce the detenue, by name D.Thavamani, D/o.K.Dharmalingam, before this Court.

2.Upon notice and upon proper investigation, the respondent produced the detenue, D.Thavamani, before this Court today. When the Court asked certain questions, the detenue replied that her age is 23 years and she got married to one Raja, aged 28 years and she is now living with her husband. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Since the detenu being a major, it is upto her to live according to her wishes with her husband. Hence, nothing more is required to be adjudicated in this habeas corpus petition and the same is closed.
