The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after a long gap of four months from the date of passing of the order dated 14.03.2018 in W.P. No.5739 of 2018, the first respondent has issued a Proceeding dated 01.08.2018, citing a reason that now sufficient number of eligible graduate teachers are available and therefore, the proposal submitted by the Director of School Education, the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent to hold a special qualifying examination cannot

be considered. Since a direction given by this Court has been considered by the respondent, nothing further survives for adjudication in this petition.
