O R D E R

The petitioners have filed this petition to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2170 of 2020 dated 03.02.2020, that the petitioners shall sign before the respondent Police Station daily at 10.30 A.M until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2170 of 2020 dated 03.02.2020, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He would further submit that the petitioners are residing at Namakal. So, it was inconvenient to appear before the respondent police daily. Further, the investigation has been completed. Hence, he seeks to relax the conditions.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the investigation almost completed and the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the conditions already imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2170 of 2020 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. This petition is ordered accordingly.
