V.Shanmugam v. The Tahsildar

C.M.P.No.7224 of 2022 W.A.No. SR 38595 of 2022 THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE and V.PARTHIBAN, J.

The application has been filed to seek condonation of delay of 12 days in filing the writ appeal.

2. Reasons assigned in the affidavit are satisfactory to justify the delay of 12 days and otherwise, the application is not opposed by the learned State Government Pleader.

3. Accordingly, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned and the application is allowed with the aforesaid.
