This writ petition has been filed by S.Thiyagarasan, seeking issuance of mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 08.05.2015 to release the Truck bearing Regn. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the Regional Transport Officer, Hosur is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
