The petitioner, who is the husband of the respondent, has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the I Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the Original Petition in O.P.No.4200 of 2010 within the stipulated time. 2.The petitioner filed the Original Petition in O.P.No.4200 of 2010 for divorce on the ground of cruelty.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petition was filed in the year 2010, the Family Court has not disposed of the same. Further,

va the learned counsel brought to the notice of this Court that by order dated 03.06.2014 in C.R.P.No.1922 of 2014, a direction was issued to the Family Court to dispose of the Original Petition in O.P.No.4200 of 2010 within three months. In spite of the direction given by this Court, the Family Court has not disposed of the same yet.
4.Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the I Additional Family Judge, Chennai, to dispose of the Original Petition in O.P.No.4200 of 2010, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 30.06.2015 and report the same to the Registry of this Court. 5.With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
