2. In view of the averments made in this petition for modification, the Condition No.(i) in Paragraph No.9 of the order dated 12.10.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.6502 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.531 of 2023 is modified, and the same shall be read as follows:

"(i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-, with two independent sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (FT Mahila Court), Villupuram;"
