These three applications are filed to amend the description of the respondent/defendant in the cause title in the suit as well as in the applications.

2. As per the defendant, it is a private limited company, whereas the applications have been filed without specifically mentioned the defendant as a private limited.

3. Hence, these applications filed at the instance of the defendant's.

4. Heard both sides. Applications are allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to file clean copy.
