Respondents Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the Combined Seniority List of of Headmaster-Elementary School, BT Assistants, Tamil Pandits, for the post Headmaster Middle School, prepared by the 4th respondent No.Nil dated 05.04.2011 and consequential panel of BT Assistants for the promotion to the post of Headmaster -Middle School and quash the same, insofar as the respondents 5 to 16 are concerned and direct the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of HeadmasterMiddle School by impleamenting the Elementary School Headmaster panel prepared for the post of Headmaster-Middle School by the respondents dated 05.04.2011 and confer all the consequential benefits.

O R D E R

Writ Petition has been filed praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the Combined Seniority List of Headmaster-Elementary School, BT Assistants, Tamil Pandits, for the post Headmaster Middle School, prepared by the 4th respondent No.Nil dated 05.04.2011 and consequential panel of BT Assistants for the promotion to the post of Headmaster-Middle School and quash the same, insofar as the respondents 5 to 16 are concerned and direct the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of HeadmasterMiddle School by implementing the Elementary School Headmaster panel prepared for the post of Headmaster-Middle School by the respondents dated 05.04.2011 and confer all the consequential benefits.

2. The Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is squarely covered by a decision of Madurai Bench of Madras High Court in the order dated 18.11.2010 made in W.P.(MD) Nos.8755 to 8952 of 2010, in which the petitioner claim was rejected.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 as well as the learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent and also I have perused the above said order, which squarely covers this case.

4. Since the matter is squarely covered by the order dated 18.11.2010 passed in W.P.(MD) Nos.8755 to 8952 of 2010, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
