This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to register the FIR in respect of the petitioner's complaint dated 13.04.2016 for proper action and proceed against the offenders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 13.04.2016 given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending before the Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell, Thiruvallur.

4. In view of the above, the Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell, Thiruvallur, is directed to proceed with the enquiry and take action in accordance with law.
