2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that in compliance of the order dated 17.12.2015 in W.P.No.24783 of 2014, a G.O.(Ms).No.85, Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection (CH1) Department, dated 09.08.2019 has been passed and further particulars have been sought for from the petitioner with regard to the mode of payment.

3. In the light the above submission, the Contempt Petition is closed.
