ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 12.01.2018 passed in CMP.No.15810 of 2017 in WA.No.1139 of 2017, has not been complied with by the respondents, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ has come up with the present Contempt Petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the communication in Letter No.8329/M.C.4/2017-4 dated 27.03.2018 sent by the Principal Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MC.V) Department, Chennai-9 to the Commissioner, Municipal Administration, Chennai as well as the Commissioner, Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation, Coimbatore, to that effect.

3.Recording the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
