(Order of the Court made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the 1st respondent and to quash the impugned proceedings dated 23.02.2019.

2. The petitioner has challenged the notice issued by the 1st respondent in an application filed under section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. The application was issued on 23.02.2019 calling upon the petitioner to appear for enquiry on 28.02.2019 at 4.00 p.m. Challenging this notice, the petitioner has filed the Writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner appeared before the 1st respondent on 28.02.2019.

4. Since the petitioner has appeared before the 1st respondent pursuant to the impugned notice dated 23.02.2019, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. In these circumstances, the Writ Petition is liable to be rejected. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
