ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the order passed in P.G.Case No.01 of 2024 dated 17-04-2025 on the file of the Deputy Commissioner of Labour ( Incharge) , O/o Joint Commissioner of Labour-I, Chennai, passed by the 2 Respondent herein and quash the same

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final

disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondent, notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the first respondent filed Gratuity Application before the second respondent, which was allowed vide the impugned order. Hence, this writ petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the admittedly, there is an effective appeal remedy available before the appellate authority, hence, seeks for withdrawal of this writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate authority.

5. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition stands dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority and the appellate authority shall take up the application, if the petitioner satisfies limitation. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
