Seeking leave to sue respondents 1 to 3, 5 to 13, 15 to 28, 31 and 33 to 36, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application. 2.Applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for permanent injunction on the ground of violation of copyright. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that access can be made within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and in the light of the earlier orders passed in similar cases, leave is granted.
