The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has filed this petition on 13.05.2020 and thereafter, it was not numbered and listed. Hence, he has filed another petition on 18.05.2020, which has been numbered as Crl.O.P.No.7703 of 2020 and the petition filed on 13.05.2020 has also been numbered as Crl.O.P.No.7716 of 2020. Both the cases in Crl.O.P.Nos.7703 & 7716 of 2020 have been listed today as item Nos.13 & 25, since order has been passed in item No.13 ie., Crl.O.P.No.7703 of 2020, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made oral endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
