Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the proceedings in F.C.O.P.No.125 of 2020 has been stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in a SLP moved by the respondent-wife against the order passed in Tr.C.M.P.No.473 of 2020. 5.

Considering the fact that the proceedings in F.C.O.P.No.125 of 2020 has been stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, these Tr.C.M.Ps are closed as infructuous, giving liberty to the petitioner to revive the same, if the Hon'ble Supreme Court were to confirm the order passed by this Court.
