(CRIME NO.44/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition impsoed that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m and 5.30p.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 4821/2022 by its order dated 01.03.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.VASUDEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4821 of 2022 dated 01.03.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and the condition imposed while granting the anticipatory bail is relaxed in toto.
