This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.103 of 2024, dated 08.01.2024.

Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.103 of 2024, dated 08.01.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet, on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 8 weeks and thereafter, on all hearing dates without fail.
