Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner dated 04.02.2011, and for grant of benefits under the New Amnesty scheme 2011 as already ordered by this Hon'ble Court by order in W.P.No.21210 of 2012, dated 28.08.2012 and subsequently reminders of representation made to the respondent. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.04.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner, as well as on behalf of the respondents. Thus, the case was listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 04.04.2018. On that day also, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. Again, the matter was listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 05.04.2018. On 05.04.2018, the case was adjourned after two weeks. Thus, the case was listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 19.04.2018.

On 19.04.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner, and it was posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 20.04.2018. Once again, the case was listed on 20.04.2018, there was also no representation on the side of the writ petitioner. Thus, it is once again posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 23.04.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for further hearing today (25.04.2018), none appeared for the writ petitioner. Thus, the writ petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
