ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 21.11.2020 for the offence under Sections 8(C), 20(b)(ii)(c) and 25 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in Cr.No.58 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that petitioner was found to be in possession of 25 Kgs. of Ganja.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.Heard the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
