Crl.M.P.No. 6303 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No. 28899 of 2023 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28899 of 2023 on 02.01.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has also been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and he shall appear before the XXI Additional Judge, Chennai, on monthly once i.e., on 1st Monday of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., until completion of trial.
