This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to allow any unauthorized or illegal modification/construction in the shop No.84 belonging to endowment of Annadhana Devara Padasalai Trust in Car Street, Tiruvannamalai.

2. Heard the learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent.

3. In view of the order passed in W.P.No.32128 of 2015 by this Court on 27.08.2024, till a decision is taken by the second respondent in the application filed by one V.D.S.D.Goutham Kumar, who was given tenancy to the subject premises, no order could be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
