This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the third respondent from illegally harassing the petitioner to settle to the fourth respondent huge amount which is not legally due in pursuance of petitioner complaint dated 06.09.2018 on the file of the third respondent. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survives in this petition.
