This application has been filed to mandate of the Sole Arbitrator from 15.04.2021 to 14.07.2021 in O.P.No.962 of 2017.

2. Heard Mr.Rathina Ashohan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Senthilkumar, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for both sides and satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit and considering the nature of the agreement entered into between the parties and also considering the pandemic situation, this court is inclined to extend time for six months to complete the Arbitral proceedings, from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
