ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue appropriate direction for disbursement of the deposited amount of Rs.2,00,000/- in Crime No.242 of 2025 be paid to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the accused in the anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.19937 of 2025 had deposited a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No. 242 of 2025 before the Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram, as directed by this Court. Since the petitioner/defacto complainant was not made a party to the said proceedings, no specific direction was issued to disbursement of the said amount to the petitioner and therefore the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking appropriate direction.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the trial in the case is in progress.

4. Considering the submission made on either side and the factual position, this Court is of the view that present petition is at a premature stage. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
