This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.05.2016.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the records.

3. On the complaint dated 02.05.2016 given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.141 of 2016 and the same was closed on 16.07.2016, on the ground that the dispute is civil in nature and that a suit in O.S.No.160 of 2015 is pending between the parties before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagiri.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner and with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
