This petition has been filed to amend the offences under Sections 376(2)(n) and 506(i) of IPC @ 376(2)(n) and 506(i) IPC r/w Section 67(A) of IT Act instead of Sections 376(2)(n) and 506(i) of IPC in the above Crl.O.P.No.3501 of 2024.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the above petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the petition in Crl.O.P.No.3501 of 2024 and list the same on 25.03.2024.
