ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.28 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Vellore, Vellore District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent police has registered a case in the Crime No.28 of 2017 on 28.09.2017, no final report is filed till date.

3. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the final report already filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Vellore is yet to be taken on file.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
