This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: These are the applications moved by the applicant/plaintiff seeking to include the names of the shipment Mv.Dubai Galactic and Mv.Dubai Galactic in

/ 3 / A.Nos.2923 and 2924 of 2017, respectively.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted this Court, vide order dated 09.06.2017, passed an order of attachment of the movables lying at Bye Pass Road, Madathur, Korampallam (PO), Tuticorin-628 101, belonging to the first respondent/first defendant. However, due to inadvertent, the applicant omitted to mention the name of the shipment in the said applications and as a result, the shipment has not been mentioned in the order passed by this Court. Hence, these applications.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

From the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, these applications are ordered as prayed for.
