O R D E R

Both the Writ Petitions are rendered infructuous by virtue of the fact that the appeals filed by the petitioner before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) have been disposed of by order order dated 01.04.2019, a copy of the which is placed on record today.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is yet to receive a copy of the order.

3. Needless to say as and when the order is received by the petitioner, all avenues to challenge the same are available in accordance with law.

4. These Writ Petitions are closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
