Mr.K.Ramesh representing Mr.L.Dhamodaran, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the Civil Revision Petition itself has become infructuous.

2. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging an order made in CMP.No.1252 of 2015 dated 14.06.2018 condoning the delay in filing the appeal. It is now stated that the appeal itself has been disposed of on merits. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
